October 10,2006. Update.
Well here's a brief update.- We closed on our house on Tuesday and I'm working out my 2 weeks notice here at IBM. - I did not get layed off like I thought I was going to. One reason we decided to sell our house and move was that as far back as June we were under the impression that we were going to be layed off. Hind sight is 20-20.
The movers moved all our stuff out this week so I'm staying at a hotel for the next week or so. I'm staying at the Extended stay America.
I probably won't e-mail you much in the near future because I sold our home P.C. and I'll be in transitition and all.
I still don't have any job prospects there in Nashville.- I've been in contact with a job placement agency but I believe that they are just waiting until I get there to find me something. Wish me luck.
Also, as you may already know October 20 is our anniversary and we are going to Miami Fla.to see Lesli' s folks and try to rest up after all this crap I've gone through with selling the house.
-My Mom seems to be getting weaker and more over medicated. She does'nt sound good when I talk to her on the phone. I'm going to go to Hoptown to see her this weekend.
